In my career, I have been very fortunate to have worked across several of North America’s top brands.
Feature Brands:

La Patience / Le Cartel — Digital-First Mindset & Systems
I led the launch of La Patience’s lifestyle brand, Le Cartel, building the commercial and operational foundations to support it’s direct to consumer efforts, and build it’s e-commerce platform. The focus was on designing the internal structures, workflows, and team roles to allow the creative vision to scale while keeping execution clean and efficient.
The systems we built enabled the team to iterate quickly, align marketing and sales strategy, and launch on schedule. Early results included streamlined workflows, clear decision-making structures, and successful first-market entry without chaos. This project exemplified creating conditions where people and ideas can thrive.
Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) — Vice Chairman, Board
At VIMFF, I guided programming and organizational operations, helping a passionate but small team create large-scale, high-impact community events. My focus was driven towards aligning vision with the resources and systems needed to execute, from leadership training to market strategy and sponsorship operations.
The outcome was a stronger organizational framework, more effective team management, and larger audience engagement year-over-year. This project reflects my approach to building structures that allow people to do their best work while delivering meaningful experiences to the community.
Arc’teryx — Commercial Management & Systems
At Arc’teryx, I lead in commercial management, focusing on building the structures, workflows, and team alignment needed for sustainable growth. My role is to connect brand strategy with execution, ensuring that marketing, sales, and product teams are coordinated and able to move efficiently.
By implementing clear processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration, we’ve created an environment where teams could perform at their best and commercial goals were consistently met. This project highlights my approach: aligning people, processes, and strategy so brands can scale without friction and teams can thrive.
Vancouver Community College (VCC) Fashion Program — Mentorship & Systems
I worked with VCC to develop course structures and mentorship frameworks for fashion students. The challenge was to create programs that guided students through building business skills while allowing creativity to flourish.
By creating structured templates, actionable frameworks, and hands-on mentorship, students gained clarity and confidence in starting their own brands. The result was better student outcomes, smoother course execution, and an environment where students could experiment and learn without feeling lost.
Nike Canada / Early Career Leadership — Athlete & Community Focus
At Nike, I learned how to balance commercial goals with culture and community. I supported and built programs that aligned athlete engagement, retail operations, and local marketing initiatives. My focus was on structuring agency executions and teams so campaigns could scale while staying authentic to athlete needs.
This early work shaped my approach: performance requires alignment across strategy, operations, and people. The teams I worked with could execute consistently, and campaigns reached their target audiences with impact.
Let’s talk
I work with founders and leadership teams who want clarity, alignment, and growth that lasts. If that’s you, let’s connect and explore how we can build systems and strategies to make it happen.
